Picture: On the right shows the falls the day on the day we were there. The all time max flow was about two months before that and almost 50x as much water.

This is one of the easiest hikes. There is very little elevation change and no steps if you walk to the 2nd viewing spot. There is about 20 steps to view from this angle.

On the right side of the falls are the Canadians. We see them but I have never talked to them.

There are a couple of places where there are steps where you can walk down to the river. On various trips we have tried to throw rocks across to Canada but no one has managed yet.

This trip the 'kids' did get out into the water for a ways where the water was shallow and above water rocks every few feet.
