Very narrow park. It used to just be walk anywhere, now they are trying to 'rope' people in as seen here.

Some places the walk area is wide like here, other places it is about half this wide. Everywhere we walked they had put down gravel/clay so it was obvious where the path was.

We did walk for a half hour or so up and down the shore line. If we had come to walk, we would have gone further down the shore line to Sunset Beach. The trails are longer but I do think there was stairs at that beach.

Mostly we sat in the car and watched the waves. It may have been misting or something that we were not outside much.

When we were here before it was just the plaque on the rock. All the shells are 'new,' as are the flowers.

There are a few places to park, both on dirt lots and paved lots. Also it looks like there is parking on the street just across from this park. Most cars come and go within a few minutes. We were there a couple of hours and saw lots of coming and going.

We had eaten a few blocks from here and I saw a deer walking down the street from where we sat. Then in the way here, BB saw deer in the cemetery and when we left we saw deer both in the cemetery and on the lawn at the school.
