2023 08 23 - Rose Park - Duluth MN

It was going to be 20 degree's cooler in Duluth today and we were not driving ... for work. So we drove to Duluth instead.

Nice cool breeze coming off the late.

Rose Park, also known as Leif Erickson park is up the shore line from Canal Park. Parking is free. The rose area is a flat area to walk with bricked paths and only a couple of steps if you want to see something off the main path.

Rose Park also connects to the path from Canal Park. The park is built over the freeway so to get to the shoreline path there is an elevation change. The main trail comes up to the level of the park where we can access it.

Today we stayed above that path and walked on a parallel path above the tracks until we got to Fitger's.
