Picture: Entrance sign.

We barely had a trace of snow at our house so we thought it would be a good day to go visit cemeteries and take a walk. Not realizing that just 5-10 miles north of us that they had plowable snow.

We had almost given up on the walking part when we saw this place. We had never been here before and it was getting close to dark.

We stayed on what was a paved trail. It was completely snow covered but it was well traveled enough and wide enough that we were not going to get lost. This trail didn't have much for elevation changes, but I have seen from the freeway that some of the other trails are more hilly.

No charge and plenty of place to park. There is a building, but not sure when it is open. And there is also a port-a-pottie even in the winter.

Picture: There are a couple of benches on this trail. There were some woods but mostly open field.
