This is our free, go to place in this part of FL. The weather is cool, so the 'gator's are not seen.

It is the weekend, so there are more people than usual here. Lots of people with their big photo lenses.

There are a few short feet of paved and boardwalk paths near the buildings. But most of the park is flat dirt paths about 10-20 feet wide. Wide enough so you won't brush against the 'gator's napping in the weeds.

We did our usual one hour walk. Spent some time watching and listening to the different birds.

Tomorrow the park will be closed for a school event. So I guess that is something to keep in mind for the future, having a back up plan.
