Picture: Signage for one of the area's of the Arboretum.
We had spent the night in Davis and were looking for some place free and close to walk.
The Arboretum is on the Davis college campus. It runs along Putah Creek. We did have to pay for parking at one of the college lots but the Arboretum it's self was free.
We didn't see them all, but there are supposed to be 20 different area's in the Arboretum. The Redwood area was started in 1936 and is the largest area of non-native Redwoods.
The main path is paved and runs for 3.5 miles the creek. Lot's of signage to ID the plants along the way. The main path is paved and stays just along the water so very little elevation change.

Picture: Paved path close to one of the crossover bridges.
