Our plan for this weekend was to walk two state parks a day and fill in the time with any cemeteries in the area. We stopped at two cemeteries on the way here this AM. Both were small so not much walking.
The parking area where we parked was not paved. There was a paved trail but I did not see how far it went.
My wife had chose a one mile loop trail that followed the lake for part of the way. Even along the lake it was not a flat trail. At some points we were only a couple of feet above the water and then we would be 20 feet above the water.
The higher the trail, the narrower it was. There were places we could walk side by side and other area's where we could not.
Today I had to do a rare stop. There was a bench at the top of a hill and we stopped and sat for a while. Not sure if the hill was that steep or I am that out of shape but I decided it best to stop.
This was our usual about a mile walk.

After this park, we drove in the direction of our 2nd park for the day and ate. By the time we were done eating lunch my wife's leg was not feeling well so we canceled the 2nd park for today and would drop tomorrows plans completely.
