Downtown San Diego

Spanish Landing is across the street from the San Diego airport. Today we were using it as a cell phone lot. We had an hour plus from the time we had to drop our prior rental car to when the next group of family arrived.

The area is pay to park and does have restrooms. It looks like it is about one mile from end to end of the park. There are both benches and tables in the area.

The area pictured next to the rocks is not a level surface. My guess it is to handle excess water.

The area to the left of the picnic table is a walking/bike path.

Before we walked, we sat and ate our lunch here. Our lot was mostly full but the paths were not today, this would have been noon on a weekday.
